CELEBRATE THE DAY OF LOVE SUSHISAMBA STYLE

This year, both the naughty and the nice can celebrate the sacred day of love at SUSHISAMBA strip, Las Vegas’ most seductive venue. SUSHISAMBA will offer an extensive Valentine’s Day menu that will surely have your senses soaring with exclusive high-end offerings including champagne, oysters and caviar.

In addition to these fun and flirtatious festivities, SUSHISAMBA friends and family will have the opportunity to share some extra samba love. As a special partnership with Children and Charity International, all SUSHISAMBA locations will receive Valentine templates to color for the charity’s Saturday program participants. The templates will be presented to samba kids restaurant guests to decorate before their meal. From its dramatic 50-story replica of the Eiffel Tower to authentic architectural reproductions, elegant décor, fine cuisine, European-inspired boutiques and world-class entertainment, Paris Las Vegas transports guests to Europe ’s most romantic city. The Eiffel Tower Experience

The Eiffel Tower Experience is the perfect place for a romantic rendezvous This signature landmark is a half-scale, 50-story Eiffel Tower replica. Did you know that winemaking is thought to have begun around 6000 B.C.? Or that chardonnay is the most popular white wine in the world? Enjoy the tastes of five wines in a relaxing, yet informative and fun seminar with a brand representative from Georges Duboeuf, one of the largest and best-known wine merchants in France . The class will highlight an overview of wine basics – how wine is made, varietals, characteristics and much more that will demystify the grape. Everyone will be able to sniff, swirl and taste like a pro after “Wine 101 – Uncork Your Passion.” The tasting will be in Napoleon’s on Valentine’s Day from 1 pm-3 pm and includes a sampling of Georges Duboeuf’s Macon-Villages, Pouilly-Fuisse, Saint-Amour Cuvee Saint-Valentin, Moulin A Vent and Fleurie along with a decadent array of fruit, cheese and chocolates. Eiffel Tower Restaurant

This elegant yet relaxed gourmet restaurant is the resort’s signature dining experience and is the premier French restaurant in Las Vegas . Soaring 11 stories above the Strip in the resort’s 50-story Eiffel Tower replica, guests can feel as though they are sitting on top of the world as they experience the breathtaking, panoramic views of the glittering Las Vegas Strip. It is home to the most romantic table for two to be found anywhere in the city: set in the corner of the restaurant against the windows, this is the only table where guests actually have their backs to the interior while enjoying two spectacular views – an unmatched view of the strip and of each other. On Valentine’s Day, Eiffel Tower Restaurant is offering a special multi-course tasting menu including:

Course 1 – selection of Amuse Bouche (French for single, bite-sized hors d’ouevres.)
Course 2 – choice of braised cold duck poached Bartlett pears, sautéed Casco Bay sea scallops or marinated jumbo shrimp with coriander Mandarin vinaigrette.
Course 3 – choice of sautéed breast of free-range chicken and macaroni gratin, beef tenderloin and five peppercorn sauce, baked wild salmon in thyme jus or fricassee of twelve vegetables and mushroom tagine.
Course 4 – choice of passion and mango crème brulée, warm chocolate cake and malted milk ice cream or champagne and pineapple meringue.

Les Artistes

The succulent aroma of meat, fish and poultry being slow roasted in large rotisserie ovens draws guests into this authentic, upscale rotisserie restaurant.

The two-story dining room features an open kitchen on the first level, inviting guests to watch as chefs prepare the tantalizing cuisine. Two ornate sweeping staircases ascend to the second level, where diners enjoy the view of the Parisian streetscapes and casino floor. French impressionist paintings adorn the walls and the fabric of the serpentine booths on both levels.

Mon Ami Gabi

A Parisian-style café, Mon Ami Gabi offers upscale European dining in a lively and inviting atmosphere. The Las Vegas restaurant is housed within the Louvre façade, with inside seating and outdoor terrace dining overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

A festive four-course Valentine’s Day dining experience will be available at Mon Ami Gabi that includes:

Course 1 – baked oysters with a Champagne and chervil sabayon.
Course 2 – Maine lobster and cognac bisque.
Course 3 – filet of beef sweet potato-rosemary gratin, rack of lamb or pan-seared Petrale sole with crispy potato rosti.
Course 4 – Valrhona chocolate tart with white chocolate mousse or passionfruit sorbet and cocoa wafers.
